Executive Director - Christian G. Tscheschlok, CEcD
Tscheschlok is a Certified Economic Developer with over 16 years of urban and rural economic development and redevelopment project experience, resulting in a combined $81.2 million in new private economic growth and over 700 new jobs. Tscheschlok also has 6 years of direct risk analysis experience as part of managing various revolving loan funds. His diverse background includes national and international expertise in economic development leadership, business recruitment and expansion, brownfield redevelopment, entrepreneur consultation, community development, financial packaging, incentive negotiation, project management, workforce development, public relations, lobbying and education. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Western Illinois University. Tscheschlok currently serves on the Board of the Wisconsin Economic Development Association.
Business Development Specialist - Becky Capelle
Capelle provides direct consultative services to clients and acts as a liaison on their behalf between municipalities, state, federal agencies, and other organizations supporting economic development. She also directs clients to gap and other financing opportunities and resources, as well as serves as the main contact for the County’s revolving loan fund program. Capelle holds a Master of Public and International Affairs degree from Virginia Polytechnic and State University.
Programs & Communications Coordinator - Deborah Reinbold
Reinbold serves as support to the executive director, the board and its committees and coordinates committee and organizational programs and activities. She also conducts business-oriented research and coordinates marketing content for internal and external communications. Reinbold holds a Bachelor of Arts with an emphasis in Graphic Design from the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater and is a small business owner in Washington county. She also acts as the President of the Hartford Union High School school board.
